Trilogia Rested has a long shelf life, although we recommend using within 2-years of purchase.
The spray bottle may get clogged from time to time due to the vitamins present in the formulation. If this happens, simply unscrew the nozzle from the bottle, then rinse with warm water to clear it out. We recommend doing this once a week to maintain optimal spraying power.
Trilogia Rested should only be taken at night, and approximately 10-15 minutes before bedtime. This formulation is designed to help you fall asleep quickly and stay asleep for a number of hours. Do not use Trilogia Rested unless you have at least 5 hours of available time to sleep.
Not only is Trilogia Rested safe to take with you while traveling, as it's drug-free, but it’ll make the airport a lot more bearable. We highly recommend taking Rested during a long flight, when you have the time available to get uninterrupted sleep.
